It is fun to follow leadership discussion groups. I am always amazed at some of the questions and responses. Recently someone asked what does success mean to you. I know it is a very individual question; however, I am always amazed at how some people still look outward to external things to find success. We need to go inward, we need to find our Dharma; we need to create alignment between our Dharma and ourselves; personal actions, behaviours and the energy we put out into the world. New World Leaders understand the concept of alignment and work to truly listen to their inner voice, their guideance system. Success to me is when a person has found their Dharma, creates a world for themselves through their Dharma and where this work brings value, peace and positive engery to both the inner spirit and the outer community. COMPLETE internal ALIGNMENT
