New World Leadership appears to be catching on and I am thrilled. Leading in todays environment is exciting, challenging and like no other time in our history. Our young generation continues to surprise me with talents and connections that we haven’t seen in past generations. Recent experiences lead me to believe that young people, those between 0 and 27/30 are interested in talking about all kinds of different things then past generations. They are curious about the universe; the natural connections of people, places and situations; they ask questions like never before. I love it ! what do you think?
