Coaching as a Leader For Graduates
Dawna Atamanchuk
June 26, 2026
Every one of us carries a collection of stories about people, about potential, about what we believe is possible and what is not. These stories were shaped long before we stepped into a leadership or coaching role, and whether we are aware of them or not, they are present in every conversation we have. This session creates the space for participants to trace the origin of the stories they hold, to examine where they came from, and to ask honestly whether those stories are still true, still valid, and still useful to bring into a coaching relationship. This is not about rewriting the past. It is about choosing, with intention, what you carry forward.
