This program is facilitated over two half days either on-site or virtually. We offer public programs where often a variety of leaders from various organisations attend. We also offer this program for intact teams.

Posting Corporate Values on the wall will never drive culture.  It is the behaviours we demonstrate and measure each and every day that are transformative. This program is designed to assist attendees to better understand the science of change and how transformation happens over time.

In part one we uncover the brain science of why change is difficult for the average human begin and how to overcome it. We explore purpose and values and their connection to engagement. In part two we look at the how. We practice with proven methods and processes. We consider our readiness for culture transformation.

This program will equip you and your team to assess your readiness. It provides a proven process and tools for initiating and sticking with the integration of transformation. Culture change is not hard when you build the right strategy and learn to go slow to go fast.
