Right Hemisphere: Right Here, Right Now. PIctures….sensory systems…collage of present moment looks, smells, feels, tastes, sounds like. Energybeing connected to energy all around me through consciousness of our right hemispheres

Left Hemisphere: Thinks linearly, methodically, all about the past and the future. Designed to take RH collage and pick out details and details and categorize it into information / associates with past and projects into future all our possibilities. Thinks in language…ongoing brain chatter to connect me to the external world. I AM…consciousness. I become separate from the energy flow around me and separate from others. 

Stroke -presenter lost all of LH abilities…lost all sense of reality – witnesses self in a weird way. Every step very rigid / no fluidity. Constriction on area of perception – focused on internal systems. Could hear dialog inside body (lost balance / can’t define boundaries of body…everything blended from body to outside and all I saw was energy. Brain chatter went silent soon as she asked herself what was going on. Shocked to realize silent mind. Then captivated by the energy around her. COuldn’t identify boundaries of body and felt beautiful. Then LH comes back on line – we got a problem! Get some help. THen immediately drift to RH again (LaLa Land…) Imagine being totally disconnected from brain chatter? Felt lighter in body. Relathionships and stressors were gone. No baggage at all…euphoria. LH comes back on line – get help. 

RH – I”m having a stroke! OMG

LH: This is so cool – how many brain scientists get this opportunity

Waves of clarity came and went (describes looking at business cards to figure out which one was hers to call work) – of course stroke getting bigger. Calls…can’t understand language of colleague. 

In ambulance felt spirit leave her body. Awoke later in the afternoon and shocked still alive. Had said goodbye to my life…mind was suspended between two realities – sensory system felt like pure pain (sounds / light / etc) Could not identify position of body in space..felt enormous and expansive..silent euphoria. Found nirvana. But wait still alive…so that means anyone alive can find nirvana. 

2.5 weeks later surgeons removed golf ball size blood clot. Took 8 years to recover. 

Life force power of the universe…two cognitive minds. We have power to choose who and how we want to be in the world

The We inside of Me…both sides. Which do you choose and when? The more time we spend choosing where we spend our time in our universe the more time we spend creating a peaceful world.
