Leadership Non-Judgement

Would leaders be more effective if they applied the principles of Non-Judgement. Could we still lead. What would the workplace look like (feel) if we removed judgement from all meetings; interactions?

Could be become more curious instead of positional?   What would our work exprience feel like if we focused on aneed to understand, basis instead of need to instruct or tell.  Can you imagine a world (work world in particular) where non-judgement was the norm.
