Programme: New World Leadership® for Executives
Programme dates: April 15-17th, May 6th, 27th, June 17th, July 15th, August 5-7 – 2027

Total fee: £14,995 including VAT
The fee includes: Programme sessions & coaching as set out in the program details, accommodation, breakfast, lunch, tea, coffee and soft drinks during the in person sessions in London, books, learning materials and any other inclusions
The fee excludes: Travel, evening meals, additional accommodation, personal expenses and any other exclusions
1. Your booking
The programme is provided by Change Innovators Limited, company number 12384754, registered at 88 Lower Marsh, Unit #109, London, SE1 7AB (“we”, “us”).
The customer is the individual or organisation identified as the contracting customer on the registration form (“you”). If registering on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to commit it to these terms. An authorised representative does not provide a personal guarantee of the organisation’s payment obligations.
Your booking becomes binding when we accept it in writing. Your place is secured once we have also received the payment then due. If we cannot accept your booking, we will return any payment within 14 days. We will email your booking details and a copy of these terms.
2. Payment terms
- On booking: 25% of the total fee, which will be invoiced upon registration completion.
- By 1 February 2027: a further 50% of the total fee.
- By 1 March 2027: the remaining 25%.
For bookings made after an instalment date, all instalments already due are payable on booking. Bookings made on or after 1 March 2027 require full payment. All payments count towards the total fee. The deposit is subject to the cancellation and refund terms below.
If payment is overdue, we will give you written notice and at least seven calendar days to resolve it before cancelling your booking. Any cancellation charge will be calculated under sections 4 and 5, using the date we notify you of cancellation.
3. Consumer cooling-off period
If you book as an individual acting wholly or mainly outside your trade, business or profession, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period beginning the day after our written acceptance. During this period you may cancel without a cancellation charge and receive a full refund. This is additional to, and does not reduce, any statutory rights.
We will not begin delivering services during that period unless you separately request this and we agree the applicable arrangements with you in writing, including any legally permitted payment for services supplied before cancellation. Accepting these terms does not itself request an early start or waive cancellation rights.
4. Cancellation by you
Send cancellations to [contact email]. We use the date your notice reaches us, with the deadlines below ending at 11:59pm UK time. Outside any applicable cooling-off period, the following maximum charges apply:
- Up to 18 January 2027: up to 25% of the total fee.
- 19 January–14 February 2027: up to 50%.
- 15 February–23 March 2027: up to 75%.
- From 24 March 2027, including non-attendance: up to 100%.
5. How cancellation charges and refunds are calculated
These percentages are maximum charges, not automatic forfeitures. Any charge will be reasonable and no greater than our actual net loss directly resulting from your cancellation. We will take reasonable steps to reduce that loss, including trying to refill your place, and deduct costs saved and replacement income received. You will not be charged for the same loss twice.
Payments already made will be credited against the cancellation charge. We will provide an explanation of the calculation. If the charge exceeds your payments, the balance is payable within 14 days of our invoice. Any amount owed back to you will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation, with any further refund arising from a later resale paid within 14 days of receiving the replacement payment. Statutory refund deadlines take priority.
6. Replacement participants and deferrals
You may nominate a suitable replacement participant. Approval will not be unreasonably withheld where they meet the programme’s stated entry requirements. No cancellation charge applies to an accepted substitution. Any unavoidable additional cost will be explained and agreed beforehand. Transfers to a future cohort require a separate written agreement and are subject to availability.
7. Cancellation or changes by us
If we cancel before the programme begins, including because enrolment is insufficient, we will refund all programme fees paid within 14 days. If we propose a material change to the dates, location or programme, you may accept it or cancel and receive a refund for services not supplied. If the change defeats the main purpose of your booking, we will offer a full refund.
If circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent delivery, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or a refund for services not supplied. You do not have to accept a credit or transfer. These provisions do not limit any additional legal remedies you have.
8. Participation and confidentiality
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and protect confidential information shared by others, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to address a serious safeguarding concern. Recordings, photographs and publication of another participant’s contributions require their permission and ours. Programme materials are for personal learning and internal application, and must not be reproduced for commercial delivery without permission.
9. Personal information
We use registration information to administer your booking and deliver the programme, as explained in our privacy notice: [Privacy notice URL]. Agreement to these terms does not constitute consent to marketing, photography, recording or publication of testimonials.
10. Your rights and contact details
We will provide the programme with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions, complaints and cancellation notices should be sent to [contact email]. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to them where they live.
Acceptance of terms and payment commitment
By selecting the acceptance checkbox on this registration form, I confirm that I have read and agree to these registration terms, the total fee, the stated inclusions and exclusions, and the payment schedule. I agree to pay the amounts due, personally or on behalf of the contracting organisation I am authorised to represent. I understand that cancellation may result in a charge under sections 4 and 5, subject to applicable cancellation rights.
This acceptance is an agreement to pay. It does not authorise automatic card charges or a Direct Debit; any such authority will be obtained separately through a secure payment process.
