Please note: We are not part of the selection panel. We act solely as a provider of information regarding what the potential employer could expect when working with the candidate. We provide an opportunity for the candidate to speak with us to answer any questions about their results. We are clear that this is not an interview, but an opportunity to clarify results only.

The Selection Support Process
2. Psychometric Assessments. We administer three highly validated tools: TTI DISC, Driving Forces of Behaviour, and EQi 2.0. The candidate also gets a dedicated opportunity to review and clarify their results with us.
3. Comprehensive Reporting. You receive a unique, detailed report outlining what your team can potentially expect when working with the candidate, followed by a consultation meeting to discuss the findings as needed.
