Please read carefully the following Acceptable use policy and Terms of Service and digitally sign to gain access to your other courses.   Agreeing to the terms of use is a pre-requisite for access to our Programs.

1. Access & Security

  1. Individual Use: Your login credentials are created for you personally. To maintain the security of the platform and your own progress data, please do not share your username or password with others.
  2. Authorized Access: This platform is intended strictly for your professional development within the programs you are enrolled in.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

The frameworks, videos, workbooks, and digital tools provided here are the proprietary intellectual property of Change Innovators.

  1. Permitted Use: You are encouraged to use these materials for your personal learning and to apply the concepts within your professional role.
  2. Prohibited Use: You may not record, download (unless a specific download button is provided), redistribute, or sell any content from this LMS without Permission from Change Innovators. Unauthorized sharing of these materials is a breach of our agreement.

3. Professional Conduct & Confidentiality

  1. Respectful Interaction: All contributions to forums or discussion boards must remain professional and constructive.
  2. Privacy of Others: If fellow learners share specific business challenges or personal insights during the course, you agree to keep that information confidential.
  3. System Integrity: Users must not attempt to bypass security features or upload any content containing viruses, harmful code or material detrimental to the learning experience.

4. System Availability & Liability

  1. Uptime: We strive for 100% availability, but we may occasionally need to perform maintenance. We are not liable for temporary technical outages beyond our control.
  2. Results: While our courses are designed to provide high-level professional growth, Change Innovators is not liable for specific business outcomes or any indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.

5. Legal Recourse & Jurisdiction

  1. Protection of Property: We take the protection of our proprietary materials seriously. If these terms are violated—specifically regarding the theft or unauthorized distribution of our IP—we reserve the right to take legal action to seek compensation for damages.
  2. Termination: We reserve the right to revoke access to the LMS immediately if these terms are breached.

6. Privacy

We value your data. We only collect and process the information necessary to track your progress and improve your experience.

By clicking “Mark Complete” I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. I have read and understood the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service outlined above.
  2. I understand that “Completing” this module serves as my digital signature and creates a binding agreement between myself and Change Innovators.
  3. I agree to adhere to these terms for the duration of my access to this LMS.
