At the centre of this program is the Owl Coaching Assessment that assists each leader in understanding their natural coaching style and how it impacts their interactons with team members. This is then combined with our unique Accountability Model with the tools, techniques and daily practices for enhanced coaching. Creating self-responsibility within each team member requires a focus on creating meaningful human connection. You will discover the power of true authentic coaching.

We then provide a self-assessment for 2 of your team members. This allows you to better understand how your team members want/need to be coached. What do you do with this information? We explore how to adapt your own style to better meet the needs of your contributors.

You will experience firsthand the unique psychometric coaching assessment. This assessment guides you through of deeper understanding of how you are is how you coach. Stretching and practicing in areas unfamiliar is key to making the important and unique human connection with your individual contributors.
