Share a short story – my husband leads with blue/red energy. He has been successful running his software company. Now he is the President of our HOA – we live in South Florida in a building with a lot of retirees. What lens do you think he has been communicating to othbers with? (his pot of soup) What challenges do you think that brings? I can tell you, he is frustrated but as he is thinking about the lens of the owners, he is recognizing when he changes his style a bit, he is not always as frustrated as he had been.
