The learning journey can be exciting and at the same time a little overwhelming. To stretch and consider new perspectives while exploring diverse topics is a choice. Our world is changing very quickly. This means that in order for each of us to continue to be effective we must embrace change. Real change can only take place over time.

Go slow to go fast. Be kind to yourself. Ask hard questions. Engage with others. Explore with your coach. reflect upon fears and stressors. Great leadership is a choice, and it can be a hard choice. This is because the only thing we really have control of is how we show up in the world. We cannot change another person, we can only change ourselves.

One of the most important choices a leader makes, is to create a great environment. An environment where each and every contributor wants and does take full responsibility and ownership for how they contribute (how they show up at work)and the results they get.
