Notes:

Drivers/Motivators are closely related to the value. Must be seen non-judgementally. Even if the motivator is at the bottom (i.e. intellectual) that does not mean one is not intellectual. 

The motivators are learned, one is not born with them. They can be changed by choice. Do they serve me and move me into the direction I want to go.

No correlation between DISC and the motivators.

It is possible to be Dominant, motivated by selfless and harmony. Or they can be controlling.
