For over 23 years we have focused our work on understanding what is means to be human and how we can make deeper human connections that support business results. With the age of AI and all that this brings we are more than ever committed to this mission.

Paying it forward is part of our ethos and as the year comes to a close we want to share our deepest gratitude to our clients. We have learnt so much from each of you and are truly grateful for these meaningful relationships. Because of YOU we have been able to continue this important work. Because of YOU, in 2025, we were able to sponsor 6 leaders in North America and 11 leaders in Europe. These were leaders working for small businesses, or not for profits, that needed that extra support. Because of YOU we were able to once again make donations to the food banks and homeless shelters, in the cities where you reside, hopefully making a small difference. Because of YOU we will be launching our Love to Learn sponsorship program in 2026. We are also really excited to assist the Soil Association in the UK as food security and safety is very important to us. Wow what a great year.

Recently we reworked our Passion, Purpose and Process. Our team is always working to grow and evolve as individuals and as a team, making this review important. We can’t ask our clients to focus on personal development if we are not doing this ourselves. As we change and grow our passions and purpose will change and grow with us however, the core of who we are a company will never change.

Our process, rigorously refined and continuously upgraded with new discoveries, is scientifically underpinned, integrating neuroscience, psychometrics, and psychology.

We understand behavior and attitudes do not change overnight, so our guided, learner-driven programs provide time and space for absorption. We offer ongoing coaching and our unique Accountability Model. Through our process our Faculty are continuously enriched by the unique stories and diversity of thought our clients impart, fostering a truly reciprocal learning journey for all. Our programs unfold through a series of modular sessions that transform attitudes and behaviors allowing for true self-accountability and ownership to further emerge.
