This mini session (3.5 hours) will provide you and your team with the knowledge and skills to interpret your profile results.
Understanding oneself first allows us to begin to better understand others. We can then adapt our style to meet the needs of our team members. Stretching into areas that are not as familiar or easy for us is a key skill for all leaders.
As part of this mini session, you will receive a 25-page assessment that outlines your natural and adaptive style, communication Do’s and Don’ts and provides insight into your decision-making preferences.
