Through collective coherence, individual and team leadership emerges locally through field resonance.  Groups align around stillness, vision and co-creation.
Our 3 module program takes team members on a journey of personal awareness and team impact.  We first must understand ourselves and how we are motivated before we can understand others.  This is a journey of exploration and discovery.

Co-createing coherent teams honour reflection and silence equally with speech.  Diversity balanced with a common vision is at the core of this program.

Program fees include

3 half-day modules of learning and development. 
Two group coaching sessions for the team.
