I hope you enjoy the following from Spiritually Aligned Leadership – Becoming Self-Centered by our founder Yvonne Thompson

Spiritual Alignment is when a person has done the hard work of being honest with himself or herself to the point where they actually know what they want from the inside out, NOT the outside in.

Spiritually Aligned Leadership is about creating positive energy in everything you do and in every area of your life.  For example, when a business manager becomes a Spiritually Aligned Leader, they have this incredible ability to lead employees in such a way that employee engagement levels are very high; employees enjoy coming to work and know that their leader will be candid, honest and consistent all of the time.  Employees become curious about the concepts around being a Spiritually Aligned Leader, although don’t articulate it this way.  As the leader practices the Tools of Intention, the employees become intrigued by a leader who stays consistent, balanced and aligned and they are inspired to emulate those qualities.  The leader in turn wants to share the tools and concepts, because that is what Spiritually Aligned leaders do.  They want to spread love, joy and success that are created when you apply all of the concepts.

Spiritually Aligned business leaders organically, and with no fuss or attention, influence others to lead in the same manner.  It is very contagious.  People who work for these leaders simply want to be around the leader and follow their example.  When they too begin the path of Spiritually Aligned Leadership, there is an immediate increase in joy, abundance and balance that manifests in their lives and they, in turn, become the catalyst for others.  This is organic influence!

People are drawn to Spiritually Aligned Leaders because they create positive energy everywhere they go.  They do not become unbalanced easily and they self-correct all of the time.  They are consistent, fair and completely open to everyone and their views.  They have faith in themselves, in others and in the larger world around them.  Interactions with others are always positive.  This doesn’t mean they don’t have challenges or obstacles (although they may have fewer), but it is about how they navigate those obstacles that matters.  In fact, obstacles are really not obstacles to the Spiritually Aligned Leader, they are opportunities.
