So…what amount of stress do you think is acceptable?
(Some may say there is good stress – e.g. when they work really hard on a team project and feel energized…but after it’s over, how do you feel? Tired?)
KEY: want to try to minimize our unwanted stress and control it – when we do our EQ assessments and discuss it in module 8 we’ll talk about this a bit more
