Mike is a highly experienced facilitator and coach with a unique passion and balance between the science of leadership and the important heart centered connection. This is reflected in his credentials as a Certified HeartMath TM Facilitator and Certified Brain Based coach.

He is also an ICF certified coach, along with certifications in a variety of psychometric assessments including Emotional Intelligence. It is people’s happiness, balance and ultimate performance that Michael is always focused on creating profound trust and a unique and transformational experience for each and every leader he works with.

Dawna has had a long standing passion for learning and performance believing that everyone has immense potential when given the right environment for learn and grow. Personal and professional development have been at the heart of Dawna’s focus for many years.

Most recently she completed the Executive Leadership Coaching program at Royal Roads University. Aside from her expertise in the classroom, creating trust and strong connections, Dawna is relied on to ensure our development work is clear, concise and always relevant. She works very closely with our clients in Canada and the USA.
