Optimism, Non Judgement, Fluidity, and Detachment; key attributes to success in business. Today’s LEADERS require a thorough understanding of these concepts and the continuous practice of these skills.
Is Optimism an attribute that can truly assist businesses in being successful. Should we be looking for leadership with a central focus on optimism or should we continue to focus on understanding errors, mistakes and challanges as a way of learning? I am not sure that beating the drum of old mistakes really helps us. I think that what sparates the successful are those who can move on quickly, not judge and not blame either themselves or others but simply see the nugget of opportunity within the challenge.
