This is a question I often pose to my students, and it holds profound significance.

We are all faced with a crucial choice: to spread love or to nurture hate. ♥️ ????

This decision holds weighty repercussions, not just for ourselves but for the communities around us.

By opting for positivity in our interactions, we contribute to a more positive environment, crafting it one uplifting encounter at a time.

Recognising this truth and purposefully striving for positivity constitutes a fundamental stride toward forging a healthier, more meaningful future for oneself.

However, the world can be harsh, unkind, and chaotic. Choosing positivity is only sometimes straightforward. Frequently, we find ourselves swayed by our inner pessimistic voices.

Nonetheless, you can fend off negativity.

The necessary tools are available; I often begin by emphasising the significance of understanding one’s emotions and allowing them the space to be felt. This straightforward action prevents emotions from seizing control.

It can be as simple as taking a brief pause, engaging in deep breaths, and asking oneself, “What am I truly feeling at this moment?”

Subsequently, we can guide these emotions toward more wholesome avenues, ensuring we remain in command.

By mastering our emotions, we prevent impulsive reactions.

Taking moments to reflect on our feelings provides insight into our internal processes. Instead of responding negatively to situations, we can learn lessons from them and act healthier.

As you take the reins of your emotions, a sense of grounding and self-mastery will begin to grow, rendering you less susceptible to the instabilities of the external world.

Choosing positivity exerts remarkable influence in a world characterised by heightened emotions.
